I have been working in the web industry for ten years and have extensive experience designing and deploying web technology solutions in the public and private sector.

I am proficient in end-to-end web project coordination and delivery from business case development and stakeholder engagement through requirements gathering, business case and specification production, user-centered design, prototyping and iterative agile design to system deployment and evaluation. I am an innovative, efficient and expert business analyst, user interaction and user experience designer, technical writer and strategy developer.

My key priority is to design elegant and holistic web solutions that are mindful of a user’s or customer’s entire interaction with a brand or organisation and afford an optimal user experience that provides people with the information and functionality they need with an emphasis on usability, accessibility, efficiency and productivity.

With my technical background in web application development I design websites and rich internet applications that can take advantage of new technology and be technically feasible as well as accessible and W3C WCAG compliant.

I am a strong team member and leader, fast and dependable, a confident communicator and facilitator; a creative but rational ideas generator. When I present a design you can be assured it has been extensively considered against other design concepts, requirements, technical constraints and best practice.

I have experience with user research, persona development, contextual enquiry, user testing both with individuals and in groups and preparing observation and recommendation reports with extensive technical detail to facilitate improvement. I also have experience in developing products for desktop computers, interactive touchscreen kiosks, iPhones and mobile devices.
